MAFEPD 2019 Summer Conference VENDOR REGISTRATION Gold

This registration is for organizations who would like to purchase a GOLD Level Sponsorship at $3,400. You will be asked to choose a booth. If a booth you wished to purchase is not listed, it has already been sold. Gold vendor booths are 203, 204, 207 and 208. 

• Includes $2,500 sponsorship fee and $900 booth fee,
• Located in conference area on the back hallway, to the left and right of the entrances to the main conference rooms where all general sessions are conducted,
• *MINIMUM GOLD PREMIUM SPONSORSHIP required to reserve/purchase,
• PREMIUM SPONSORSHIP posted on 2019 MAFEPD banners during conference,
• PREMIUM SPONSORSHIP advertised on the MAFEPD website for one calendar year,
• Tentatively reserved/purchased at the time of registration on a first-come, first-serve basis, and
• Final purchase price subject to change with purchased add-ons.

*Vendor's selected booth is subject to change to accommodate additional vendors who purchase PLATINUM PREMIUM SPONSORSHIPS.

**Final vendor booth assignments will be adjusted according to the number and type of purchased PREMIUM SPONSORSHIPS.

***Vendors will be notified of the booth assignment prior to the beginning of the 2019 MAFEPD Conference.
