MAFEPD 2019 Summer Conference

MAFEPD is proud to offer the 2019 Summer Conference June 25-28, 2019 at the Hilton on County Line Road in Jackson, MS. MAFEPD provides support and current information for all Federal Program Directors and staff in Mississippi.

*DO NOT make purchase orders to Gulf Coast Education Initiative. Purchase orders should be made to MAFEPD. MAFEPD will send you an invoice after you are registered. 

Early Bird Registration:

January 15, 2019 - April 30, 2019, until 12 a.m.

$385 (Invoiced registration with district/company issued purchase order or personal check). Includes the following:

• MAFEPD annual membership $25.00 (June 25, 2019 up to the 2020 Conference and 2019 Conference registration $275.00, $85.00 NAFEPA annual membership (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020

        FULL REFUND for registration made during EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION when cancellation request is submitted on-line via the MAFEPD Conference registration site and the requested cancellation is received on or before 12:00 p.m. April 30, 2019.                              
        Choose Cancel on registration page - you may print your cancellation confirmation email or in your account under "View Registration History", print the cancellation confirmation. Evidence of the date you cancelled is required.
        Required document: cancellation confirmation from registration system/P.O. signed by attendee and district business office.

 

REGULAR REGISTRATION:

May 1, 2019 beginning at 12:01 a.m. - June 28, 2019

$435.00 (Invoiced registration with district/company issued purchase order or personal check). Includes the following:
